  1. That's "For" and "what" (one would hope at 18, grammar/spelling skills would be better...this isn't text messaging ☺) and your age isn't all that relevant. Your size has more to do with calories needed to support your body.

    You can look here http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie... for a calculator that will give you a daily calorie requirement based on your size and activity level.  For me, my maintenance level is 2059 (if my metabolism were normal).

  4. It depends on how tall you are, how much you weigh, and how active you are.  I'd say around 1,800 - 2,000.

  8. The quick answer is the one above 1800+ because at a certain point below that (depending on how active you are), your body goes into starvation mode, and reverts to conservation of calories and you can't lose weight and it is stressful for your body.

    The best answer about how many calories relates to two things: how active you are and what kind of food provides those calories.  If you run every day, you will need huge amounts of calories.  If you drive to school and sit all day, and are on the chess team afterschool and go home and watch tv and do homework, then you won't need more than 1800.  

    Also, if those calories are snack foods which don't provide any nutrition you will stress out your body.  The 1800 calories need to be primarily vegetables, fruit, with grains and proteins.
