Question:

4 days without eating ?

yeah so im on a diet and i ate realllllly bad today so much its makin me sick im such a fattie

i know

but i made my self throw some back up but not all of it would come out and exersied some but yeah its still horrible how i ate today

so my question is how much weight will i loose if i dont eat for 4 days ?

  1. You have some serious mental issues.

    If you starve your self the scale will show that you are losing weight.  But not fat.  Your body will horde fat as it attempts to save itself from you.You will be losing muscle. Lean body mass.  Lean body mass BURNS fat.

    You are a bulimic about to turn anorexic.

    it will kill you.

    If you continue down this road no matter how much weight you lose it will never be enough.  you will be a 75lb skeleton and pulling at your loose skin and flabby muscle and whail "I am such a fattie"

    your slowing your metabolism by doing that!

    to fasten your metabolism, eat really slow, drink after you eat your meal, and eat small portions ( but like a lot of times in one day).

  5. sounds like you have a eating disorder...just forget about the past days and start over, everyday is a new day...

    eat a healthy balanced diet and excercise 30 minutes to an hour a day and you should lose weight...but before you do that, see if you are even over weight

  7. it's soooo bad for you. the less you eat, the more your body stores as fat, because your body will know it won't get any more food so it has to store it for later, making you fatter. your best bet is trying to increase you metabolism by eating 5-6 tiny, healthy meals a day.

    also exercise, but not too much.

  9. First of all, throwing up is never the solution... It can develop into a serious problem

    Eating too little can slow down your metabolism, basically: your body thinks you're starving and doesn't want to lose any fat. So I'm not sure if not eating is the right thing to do. It's your choice, but I wouldn't recommend it.

    You'd probably lose around 2-3kg - but is it really worth it?

  11. not eating is the worst thing you could do for yourself. it actually makes you gain more weight, something about your body producing more glucose i don't remember. look it up if you dont believe me. what you need to do is to really push yourself to get committed. If you want to see results heres what you do.

    40 minute workouts a day

    Cut down ALL sugars (even some fruit)

    Try to eat only grilled foods

    Drink ALOT of water

    And eat lots of veggies throughout the day.

DO NOT EVER EVER EVER DO THAT! i did that and i am still paying for it a year later. between hospital visits, tests and eating disorder centers it is not worth it at all! to all the girls out there... do not ever do diet pills, go without eating and make yourself throw up! trust me on this one! i have been through all of that. eat lots of fiber and protein.  do 3 days muscle work and 5-6 days 30 min cardio.  visit www.sparkpeople.com its the best website for diet help. please check it out... don't be stupid like me... its no fun at all and its not worth it. with this sparkpeople i have lost 10 lbs and still losing... best part is i have kept it off!
