ok, well everyone in my family is picky whether it be with tastes or health issues....

so i have 4 whole chicken b*****s to cook for my moms birthday tomorrow and everyones coming over. i can split them, or not, whatever i need to do.

i was thinking of making BBQ chicken, frenchs fried onion chicken, regular, and another kind.

so i need 4 recipes, and how to coordinate the cooking of the chicken!!!

i only have one oven - so everything has to cook at the same temp.

best answer will be picked.... cuz i know this is complicated. i really appreciate the help....

  1. I  cut the breast into 2 inch strips and pound them a little to make them an even thickness..rinse and dry them well.. dust with a little flour.then dip them is an egg milk mixture...then in seasoned flour.

deep fry them over med low temp until brown.remove from pan then toss is buffalo sauce.

    buffalo sauce

    5 T butter

4 T your favorite hot sauce

    1 T vinegar

serve with ranch dressing for dipping...

  2. As long as the chicken pieces are about the same size and aren't stuffed or have a lot of extras besides the sauce it should be perfectly fine to cook everything at the same temp and probably just about the same time.

If you don't have enough pans you can wrap the different recipes in a couple layers of foil and put in one big pan. The easiest thing though would be to get small disposable foil pans, they have them at any big grocery store.

For recipes- I usually just cook the same 4 things so can't be much help, sorry:)

Maybe an herb/lemon recipe would be good, they are usually pretty healthy and most people will eat it. Just put garlic, a couple herbs like rosemary or thyme, a bit of lemon juice and olive oil/butter on the chicken and bake? That is also really good if you cook it with some vegetables- potatoes, red pepper, etc.

Try allrecipes, or for fancier stuff epicurious is pretty cool.

  4. Here are some links (i would copy and paste, but i didn't want to give a really long answer, then it's hard for the other users to scrole down)

I picked the ones with the most and best reviews, but you can always go to the home page and search yourself.

    BBQ:

Fried: (i could find anything with onion, but if you mix the crumbs with onion powder it might work)
