4 impacted wisdom teeth removal day 7 post. Dry Socket?

Question

I got my 4 wisdom teeth removed on friday of last week. I was wondering if I could still get a dry socket after about 7 days.

You can get dry socket for as long as the areas where the teeth were is open!  If you do not follow procedure (keeping areas clean) or take your medicine, you will get dry socket!  Take it from someone who got dry socket, it is the worse feeling, and hard to describe.
