4 pack abs for a 13 year old girl ?

Ok. I'm trying to get 4 pack abs by Christmas.I am 13 years old,weigh 144lb,5feet 10 inches.I start school on Thursday we have gym everyday, I have to be at school at 8:00 and it ends at 2:00 . I want to exercise for like 90 minutes a day everyday.what are some healthy foods that i can eat for breakfast then lunch then dinner and maybe a snack in between, What are some healthy exercises and stretches i can do that won't be overdone.

  1. 90 minutes is too much, especially to start.  You will see results pretty quickly just doing it around 3 times per week after just a couple of months for about 30-45 minutes.  I would do cardio for about 30 minutes using the elliptical machine, treadmill, jogging outside etc.  I would do some sit-ups as well.  Just enough to get your stomach tight and tired feeling.  Don't over do it because you're young and it can stunt your growth.  

    As for food, cut out soda and red meat.  That right there will make you drop a couple of pounds.  As for low calorie snacks, try rice cakes, melons, salads without cream dressings such as ranch and no cheese or bacon bits.


  2. breakfast=whole grain cereal with fresh strawberry slices

    Fat free milk on cereal and to drink

    piece of fruit like a peach or a healthy granola bar

    and no white bread have wheat bread

    Lunch=raisins,fruit,granola bar,PB&J not much J but the PB is healthy and good for you and is full of proteins and water to drink to keep hydrated

    Dinner=whole wheat pasta not much sauce, broccoli or any vegetable watch out for sauces like cheese on broccoli or butter on corn, once again fat free milk,

    Snack= Fruit
