4 people that order things on OVERSTOCK?

This is my 1st time ordering in overstock

i filled in everything and got the pin number but later i checked to see what i order and it said that i didnt order anything and then i did the proccess again and i check and it stilll said that i hadn't order anything... is this because i checked to soon becase it hadn't been and hour?????
