4 questions. Meters, Miles, how long would it take?

Question

If you walked 20 meters how many minutes would it take?

If you walked 20 miles how long would it take?

If you jogged 20 meters how long would it take?

If you jogged 20 miles how long would it take?

Who needs to know this stuff?? You can't possibly answer that accurately, only because people move at different speeds due to hieght and weight or other handicaps. I think the questions are rediculous and hereby deem them un-answerable.

Is this a poll, where you are trying to find out how a number of people would answer each question, from which you can extract an average and a range?

Or are you trying to estimate how long it would take you to do this work?

Or is this part of a homework problem?  If this latter option, then you need to provide at least two more crucial pieces of information:  how fast can you walk and jog, say, 20 meters, or 100 meters.

a meter is about the same as a yard so if you walk 20 yards how long does it take you? same if you jog 20 yards....miles is much different, go run and find out for the rest of us to know!

Walking - at standard speeds are:

20 meters - 1000m in 900 seconds (15 mins) - 20m in 18 seconds

20 miles - 3 miles an hour - 6 2/3 hours without any long stops

Jogging - double walking pace (fast jog)

20 meters in 9 seconds

20 miles in 3 1/3 hours
