4 stroke motor oil in a 2 stroke engine?

Accidentally added 1/4 of a quart of 4 stroke motor oil to a 2 stroke Yamaha Zuma scooter. If I fill the rest of the tank with 2 stroke oil will that 1/4 of a quart cause serious problems?

In the old days of 2 stroke street bikes, the owners manuals said in the event of an emergency where there is no 2 stroke motor oil, Use a light engine oil..... if its injection, just top it  off with 2 stroke oil, there will be no problems
