  1. He didn't broke his neck. He'd injuryed his left tricep.


  2. Because HBK dove at jericho and fell out of the ring on his head/neck and they cut the audio for personal respect to the wrestler and just incase the announcers say anything there not supposed to or if they really do get hurt bad no one can be heard live!
