4 year old daughter is going p**p a lot today!?

Just today my daughter has been going p**p a lot. She's not running a fever or doesn't have a headach or nor does her body hurt. Although, she really doesn't want to eat. Now my question is, could this just be happening cuz she's excited? Because tonight we are supposed to be going to a carnival, and she's been talking about this all week and the day has finally come! So could it be just that? Or could it be something else?

Is she vomiting?

Just watch her extra carefully, as you are doing. Pack lots of nappies & wipes, also some re-hydration mixture as a lot of pooping can dehydrate a kiddie really fast. Don't let your own anxiety come across (easier said than done!)

Tell her calmly - not crossly - that she must sit down, be still and have something to eat before she goes out.

You have to be ready for all sorts at that age - hope she's ok, and that you both enjoy the evening.
