  1. seems to me you need to talk to another dr.

obvs there is something wrong...or maybe you need to help her extend and do it little by little everyday

  2. Does she fight to keep her knee from being bent during physical therapy?  If so this could prevent the therapist from being able to help her.  Physical therapy is often very painful and the bodys reaction is to tense up to prevent the painful movement.  This could be whats happing in physical therapy.  I had this happing to me with an ankle injury and no one realized.  I switched to a different therapist that would continue pushing despite the fact that he new I was hurting and withing a month I had full range of motion.  With her only being four yerars old I am sure that would be hard for her to go through, you to watch, and the therapist to do but it may be the only thing that is going to help.  Give more aggressive physical therapy a try.  Also maybe check your area and see if there is a childrens hospital. They misght be better since she is pediatric.

  3. Get a second opinion. Call St. Jude's Children's hospital and see if they have any suggestions, too.

You sound like you need God's help too. I'll keep you in my prayers. Here's the number for a prayer line too. (800) 759-0700
