40 Volunteer Hours Help.?

I need to know if the school actually calls the place to confirm the volunteering or if they just check it off.

You might actually try to take the assignment seriously, and take a pro-active position by taking an interest in what you do to volunteer and what you get out of it.

How is anyone going to answer such a vague question? Call the school and ask them, not saying who you are.  Or, just suck it up and go.

The volunteers that come to the Ronald McDonald house, where I work, have to bring a form and have their hours verified by a member of the staff.   do the time.

If your school is using it for credit you will most likely have to show something from the organization that said you were there. If it's some other reason I suggest you find out, just ask, or better yet - just go.
