40 mg of prednisone and 4 benadryl every 3 or 4 hours

Question

I am taking 40 mg of prednisone when i get up with 4 benadryl

then i take 4 more benadryl 2 or 3 more times a day

i am really shakey, jumpy (sllightest noise scares me)

my pupils are really big and i think i am having mild illusions

my parents say i look like a coke addict

I hAVE NEVER DONE THAT so thats not it

but whats going on?

I THINK YOU are OVERDOSING on the benadryl .  That is way more than you should take.

Symptoms of a Benadryl overdose include extreme sleepiness, confusion, weakness, ringing in the ears, blurred vision, large pupils, dry mouth, flushing, fever, shaking, insomnia, hallucinations, and possibly seizures.

GO to the hospital

The prednisone will make you shakey and jumpy.  Why are you taking so much benadryl?  That can be dangerous.  It could be causing a lot of what is happening to you.  Mixing that much with prednisone is BAD, too.
