And remember these are only the ones they managed to catch, but at least 9 out of ten of them that are doing these types of crimes are never apprehended! This shows just how effective our justice department people are at doing their jobs! They are pathetic, when the same people are arrested multiple times for the same offense!  Do you feel safe under the republican administration? Get rid of the cards and just pay with cash!
