Yahaha makes a 40HP 4 stroke jet drive. SOCH, 3 cylinders, electric start available. I believe they offer a 3 year warranty on their jet drives. The shaft length is 20" so check the transom height of the Skiff.

Mercury makes jet drives as well, but I would recommend Yamaha.
