  1. what does your OB say???

  2. count how long they last. if the last for a minute continously for 5 minutes go to the hospital. my contractions felt like really bad period cramps. if you just go without counting, it could be a waste of trip. they will just send you home if you havent dilated more than 4 inches. best wishes!!!

  3. idk but you better go to the hospital

  4. if you water broke, worry. just relax and breath.

  5. You are already on term to deliver. Most often it is 2 weeks before or after the Estimated Time of Delivery.   If you are worried I suggest that you go to the hospital or to your OB-GYN.  Usually your water has to break, and you will feel a sudden gush of fluid which will be more than your usual urine.  After the water, time your contractions, which by this moment you should be on your way to the hospital or call for help.

Just relax don't push, continue to time your contractions as the space in between contractions becomes more frequent that means you will be delivering soon.  Your baby have 12 hours after the rapture of the bag to deliver, if 12 hours have elapsed or at anytime there is fetal distress you have to undergo C-section.
