ok so im a freshman going into highschool (obviously) and i play football.....during the summer i went to their summer weight training program....well one of the test at the end is the 40 yard dash.....at the beggining of the summer i got an 5.17.....to get in the club you have to get 4.85.......i really want this cause one of my other friends is in it and we compete against eachother.....were so close in everything we do its crazy....so is there anyway that i might be able to improve by tomarro?
