Question:

400 cal and under lunch ideas?

including drink and dessert please. im on a tight diet.

  1. have a whole wheat pita(100cal) and some hummus(100cal) some water and a fruit salad(100cal)


  2. You don't NEED a dessert, you WANT a dessert. If you feel you desperately need something sweet, just have a banana or apple...or even a little pack of raisins. You could make yourself a mini fruit salad. That wouldn't go above 150kcals.

    Why don't you just have a salad? Slice some lettuce, or buy some of the frilly lettuce if you want something a bit different. Chop up cucumber, tomatoes, onion, peppers, some ham/tuna/chicken/fish/prawns (anything you fancy really). Season it with salt and pepper and add a nice dressing. Nothing creamy though because it's more calories. Then you're good to go :)

    That should be way under 400kcals.

    also check out their book, most of their lunches are under 300 calories and sooo big and delicous.

    Food: Tuna Salad Sandwich or

    Two cups of lettuce with a small amount of any dressing and a PB and J sandwich.

    Dessert: 1 cup of jello or 1 cup of yogurt.  Or a small bag of chips.
