  1. go hard the whole race, one lap isnt that much, run it

  2. Just try not to worry about it. My friend hadn't run a 400 in his life and ran 54.0 not great but good.

  3. no training? d**n good luck but here is how i run it and i run consistan low 50s with potential of breaking under 50. i go hard for the first turn so about 100m or so then take a "gear" off and relax a bit but still gonig pretty fast and then in that last 150 or so depending on my placing i just take off and just keep going tilll have no left and if i finish with something left then i did something wrong because that means i could have gave more on the track. but good luck! be sure to let us know ho you do

  4. I HOPE THIS ISN'T LATE

    but ok the

1st 100 GET OUT, DONT  SPRINT but hard stride out of there

2nd 100 recover but dont jog but stride it

    3rd 100 pick up stride

4th 100 come home all out sprint

    good luck

  5. ok do a nice fast jog for the first 200 m and then dead out sprint, as fast as you can, to the finish. so first half kinda fast and second half sprint.

  6. Alright this is what I do naturally, hopefully it will work well for you. Go hard out of the blocks (start down on blocks if you can and are used to this) otherwise move quickly until you reach around the middle of the straight. From here conserve energy until the middle of the last curve (keep up with the pack though) from where you all out sprint to reach the finish line. Sprinting before you reach the straight will slingshot you into the last 100 increasing your speed.

  7. just run, don't worry about the time
