400 next year!?

what can i get on the 400 next year? i am a freshman now and i ran about a 56. what do you think i can run next year?

That time is really good for a freshman. Heck, I'm a sophomore and can't even break 62 on my 400's. There's a good chance you can hit around 52 or so next year on the 400. Have you considered doing the 800? With that 400 time, I can see you hitting around 1:55 to 2:15.

it all depends on how hard you train up until then.

if you train hard and your body gets stronger, you have the potential to run a 53 or so.
