  1. since you suck( by looking at your time) the average startegy wont work for you. Go for 3rd to 5th grade running strategys.

  2. well one, don't listen to people who only want to bring you down...I.E. the people who say you suck. They have no idea what they are talking about and want to make everyone feel like losers so as to make themselves feel better, that is called displacement, so just ignore them ok.

Tips would be, just keep on running. You are very young and have tons of time to improve your overall score.

Best advice, on the run itself, would be that you need to not burn yourself out in the 1st 200m. Run fast the whole time, but run faster at the very end. It is impossible to sprint the whole distance, you just need to run the whole distance fast.

Even olympians don't sprint the entire event, they run their fastest the whole time, but sprinting would burn them out.

If you do want to improve your time, and track is something you are interested in, then do 200m sprints repeatedly, with 1 lap of walking in between each sprint. or do 100m sprints with 200m of walking in between each set, your time will improve a lot.

Remember, you are young and have time to get much better. Ignore people who want to bring you down, they are dumb- and not worth your time, quite frankly-

Keep up the good work.feel free to email me if you need/ want any other tips...  again... good luck

  3. Depending on whether you are a sprinter running further than usual or a distance runner running shorter than usual, here's my advice:

If a sprinter - run hard, but at a sustainable pace for the first 200m, then sprint your guts out for the last 200m.

If a distance runner - sprint the entire way!
