400m dash records?

Does anybody know the girls record for the 400m dash...like a for high school aged or younger....outdoors????

I am 14 and I run the 400m dash too. I also do the long jump and others but those are my best two events. Just the other day I was trying to find a High School female record. I could not find anything on the Internet. I would aim for a minute or lower. Hope you can find it.

Well that may be the record but i doubt that you will ever have to experience running against someone that fast at a high school track meet. My team mate is a state champion and she doesn't even run it that fast. She runs it in like a 54-58 second time period.

I am 12 years old and kids my age are already running under a minute. People in HS should be averaging  47-50 seconds maybe. maybe a little slower idk
