400m race?

tmrw i'm running the 400m race .. this is my first time , my legs always get REALLY sore at the last 100 , what can i do that will make them less hurtful ?

  1. Run, but don't sprint until the end. Focus on running and not your legs.


  2. stretch more. you might not be properly stretched.

    also your legs probably aren't used to running the 400.

    i run the 400 and im a 14 and a girl in 1:02.
