487 (a) convicted in Ca. 1998, reduced to misdemeanor, expunged, dismissed. 1203.4?

if a felony was expunged under 1203.4 I didn't get my right to own a gun?? only 1203.4(a) gives me the right to own a gun?? is this true? or a Governor's Pardon. does anyone have the forms to send for a governors pardo? or know ?

A Governors Pardon like that of an expungement normally requires a reinstatement of voting and weapons rights included.

If it was not included...you will need to readdress the issue!
