49er;s or raiders will ether be worth a darn ?

I believe both teams will be surprising this year as both are not getting any credit.

The 49ers have a strong defense a decent running back, the QB is the big question for them right now. Even though JT Sullivan looks good now, how will he look after the fourth game of the season. I give the 49ers a decent chance of winning their division. The Cardinals will be their biggest threat and based on the strength of schedule they easily have the potential to win at least 8 games this year.

The Rams will finish in last place in the division, Seattle with Hassleback hurt will finish third, we will just see the 49ers and Cardinals battle it out for first and second.

I haven't followed the Raiders as closely this offseason but no one know's how McFadden or Russell will perform so that is a big question mark.

The raiders are young and will show some flashes of brilliance every once in awhile and are built for the future.

While the niners have collected many B-grade free agents to try to push them over .500 this season.

SF will probably win more games than OAK this year, but OAK will become much better in the next few years.

I think the 49er's will be somewhat better than last year.  I don't think the Raiders will be any better than last year.
