4GB MicroSD card problem ?

Question

I recently bought MicroSd 4GB (Don’t know its SDHC or what ? my friend bought it for me No name on card ) and I’m having big problems with this card….. I have 20.0.15 firmware / Nokia N95 (as far as I know) officially supports large capacity cards

My phone recognizes the card, everything is working fine, all apps installed in phone memory are working.

But sometimes they just get vanished from card, applications/Mp3 etc all. Cell phone gets auto reboot they disappear (even from app manager) it means nothing left in card. it happens even sometimes when i plugin headset !!! is there any solution…

Tried it with freshly formatted phone and card…. But after few days it happens again, can anyone suggest me what to do ? or which card should I buy now? May I go with 2GB or 4GB, ?

What is a class 4 card or class 2 card? Can anyone explain me in details.. Hope the best.. Thank you in Advance.

i guess there is something wrong with ur mem ard...i suggest you go for a new one

going for a 2gb or a 4gb depends on your usage of the phone..so if you want lotsa vids and music,then go for the 4 gb but the fone may run slower..so it is better if you buy two 2gb cards[still there is a problem of carrying it around everywhere]....do not multi-task in the fone wen using higher memory

about the class 2 and 4 mem card..i think it's the transfer speed

class 2-transfer rate of 2 mb/second

class 4-4 mb/sec

there is also class 6 mem cards

the best option for a card wud be the kingston
