4th degree assault....

Question

So about a week ago i called the police on my boyfriend because i wanted him to leave and he wouldnt. And now he has to go to court for fourth degree assault. What can i do to help this situation. i just found out im pregnant with his baby and i dont want him ending up in jail...Help???....

Ummm.... does he live with you?  If not, there's no need for you to "help" the situation.  Even if he does live with you, there's no need for you to "help" the situation.  Who knows, your pregnancy may be a lesson for him.

if you still both decide to live together and you think things can work out.

you can ask the police station that you dont want to take it any further and that you were confused, stressed etc because of your pregnancy.

no one can force you to go  to court and testify against your boyfriend if you dont want.  

then the CPS im sure will have no option to drop the case against him and you can start living together.
