Figuring Tom Brady and Peyton Manning will go in the first round, Tony Romo and, maybe, Carson Palmer in the second, and Drew Brees, Ben Roethlisberger, Matt Hasselbeck, Donvan McNabb, and Derek Anderson in the third round...

You enter the 4th round and take whom?

  1. Out of those 3 QB's i would take Kitna. He has the the biggest upside. Plus he has two great WR to throw to. Did you see how many fantasy points he racked up last season

  2. Shaub.  Honestly I'd take him over Anderson.

  3. campbell

  4. Kitna has too many turnovers. . .Schaub. ? ? ? -  I guess Campbell . . . .Mine is Garcia

  5. Let me answer this a bit long-windedly

Tom Brady goes in the first (10 man league)

Peyton and Romo go in the second

Palmer, Brees, Rothlisberger and maybe Anderson  go in the 3rd

But I don't see McNabb or Hasselbeck going until the 4th or later. There are just WAY too many good WRs and RBs to drafta  qb so early (especially since most leagues only need 1QB to start and need 2-3 RBs AND WRs. So you'll have at least 2 of the people you think will be gone in the 3rd round to pick in the 4th. Not to mention Gerard, Campbell, Schuab, Leinart and a few others that are good solid 10-15 point per week guys.

My draft will most likely go: RB, WR, RB, RB, WR, QB, WR, best value (RB or WR), TW, backup QB, best value (RB or WR) and so on.

  6. In a 10 team league, if all those guys go by the 4th round and you just start 1 QB, then you sit back and keep taking the best available guys.  Get S.Holmes, A.Bouldin, or one of the rookie RBs if you aren't set there already.  Take a flier on an elite TE like Whitten or Gates.  You won't find much difference in QBs that late.  You can wait and just take the best avalaible player.  If you end up with 3 top 15 WRs then super.

Let Cutler/Eli/Rivers fall to you.  However, I do agree...McNabb and Hasselbeck will be around by the 5th round or so.  If I am only starting 1 QB, I would rather have two top 15 RBs, 3 top 15 WRs, and a top 5 TE with an average QB than jumping on the QB rush just because everyone else is getting one.

  7. Kitna would seem to have the most weapons around him. And if Portis is healthy, Campbell will not throw much.
