What do these mean?? In terms of running (obviously). lol

  1. Alright I'll simplify it for you...

    - You have to run five, 100m at 70% of your maxium intensity

    -Run eight 80m, at 70% of your maxium intensity

    -Run six 60m at 70% of your maxium intensity

    ___

    Don't forget recovery time in between these sprints.

    >Recovery<: EACH 100m=3min,  EACH 80m=2:30min, EACH 60m= the time it takes you to walk back to you're starting position
