5-1 volleyball rotations???

hey,

i had a piece of paper from my coach that had the 5-1 rotations in picture form and i lost it. could someone help me out by telling me the rotations for a power or making me one and sending it to me? i forgot almost everything and my coach is a total r****d when it comes to losing or forgetting things. HELLPPP!

5-1 is usually when setter is front row they are fornt row.

when they are back row they have to move to the front after ball is over the net. its easy dont worry

I could easily make you when when I get home in about half an hour.

But I need to know what kind of serve receive your team plays, 3, 4, or 5 man serve receive?  And if it's 3 or 4, who do you hide, setter and middle?
