I already exercise 5 days a week, I eat okay but sometimes I think I am not eating enough so I got a food diary to calculate what I am eating. I am 23 if that matters. I may not have alot of pounds to loose but I do have ALOT of body fat (in all the wrong places).
How many calories should I eat each day? I do not want to eat too little or too much.
Do you know how much fat, protein, carbs and fiber I should eat a day too?
