5'2 131 pounds. How many calories should I eat daily to loose weight?

I already exercise 5 days a week, I eat okay but sometimes I think I am not eating enough so I got a food diary to calculate what I am eating. I am 23 if that matters. I may not have alot of pounds to loose but I do have ALOT of body fat (in all the wrong places).

How many calories should I eat each day? I do not want to eat too little or too much.

Do you know how much fat, protein, carbs and fiber I should eat a day too?

  1. you dont need to lose weight you are very healthy ur gonna get anorexic


  2. Rule of thumb, times your goal weight by ten, (ex. 120lbs X 10= 1200 calories) by consuming no more calories than that you will eventually get to your goal weight safely and without exercise, if you exercise then you will get there faster.
