Question:

5'4" 97 lbs. Is that good??

PLEASE help me I dont know if I would lose more weight or just stay this way/...

  4. What do you mean by "Good"? Do you mean healthy? Some random numbers given to a bunch of strangers aren't going to tell us if you're healthy.

    The term "healthy weight" is misleading. People's bodies come in different shapes and sizes, and there's not actually one perfect weight that is right for everyone. There are various diseases that are more common among people who are fat, and there are other diseases that are more common among people who are skinny. But even then, you could be skinny and not have those diseases, or fat and not have those diseases.

    Are you eating a well-balanced diet? Not starving yourself or stuffing yourself? Are you at least lightly active? Do you feel energetic and capable of carrying out your activities?

    If you're eating well and you have energy then your body is doing pretty well. If you're starving yourself and feel tired and listless, then STOP THAT. EAT SOMETHING.

    If you're only interested in your looks, we can't tell how you look from a couple of numbers, either.

    Dieting with the intent of losing weight is generally bad for your health if you overdo it (more than about 20 pounds).

    Just remember - weight does not translate into beauty.
