5.6 earthquake at 11:45 am pacific time?

did anyone feel the quake in chino hills this morning and did anyone have any structural damage

My whole house was bouncing up and down all the windows were broken and glass was on the floor..I could smell smoke from all the fires in the city.One of the Dams let go and flooded Pasadena the home of the Rose Parade.. The streets are filled with dead bodies and people are looting the 99¢ store.This was the worst earthquake in California I've ever seen. Ever!!

Felt it about 50 miles away.  Pretty much a rolling motion. No damage here, but I won't be surprised if there are some broken dishes, etc nearer the quake zone.

No real Structural Damage... A crack here, a watermain break- there; lots of stuff knocked off Walls & Shelves... & alot of rattled Nerves... -Nothing Severe. It's been awhile that a Quake that size has hit that area, -so people are alittle "out of Practice..." :)

I live in montebello , ca, bout 8 miles west of chino..,  there was no damage here at my place, the only damage that my patio in the backyard got a couple of cracks, but it was a strong one!!

Yes, even I was in it beacuse I WAS IN Southern California when it happened!

It occured today exactly at 11:42am. It happened in the house when I was talking.Then, there was this sudden rumble underneath the earth. I was frantic. It was over after like 20-30 seconds. When it was over, I switched on the news, they were measuring the strength of the force on richter scale and we were told to expect aftershocks. Thank God, the actual magnitude was 5.4 according to Caltech offcials and they orginally set it at 5.8 beacuse they doubted the temblor caused major structural damage.

I didn't even feel any of the aftershocks but , my aunt said she did.  Latimes said the biggest aftershock was 3.6

We were told on the news, there was slight damage in property. However ,no significant injuries were reported. They also said to expect a big earthquake in the next decade. Its magnitude will be between 7.0 - 9.0

something like that but I don't where to expect it because they didnt say.

I mean who in Southern California did not feel it? Obviously, the ppl driving thier cars.

I am 20 miles away from Chino and dammm it was scary i was sitting on the my bed..with my laptop..felt the bed shaking..did not know what to do..put the pillow over my head....when to my sisters room with my pillow over ny head..was trying to wake up my sister....she was not beleiving me...then she finaly belived me we ran outside...but it was over by then
