Question:

5 Kids Sharing 4 Bedrooms!?

Who should share a bed room with who?

The 10 year old and the 16 year old don't get along well.

The 12 year old doesn't work well with the 10 year old (the 10 year old tires to annoy her constantly.)

Obviously the boy needs his own room and it doesn't seem fair to stick the 18 year old with someone so much younger.

There are only 4 bed rooms.

Here are the ages:

baby- girl

10- girl

12- girl

16- girl

17- boy

18- girl

Thanks

  1. The 18 and 16 year old....10 and 12 year old, The baby and the boy..have their own rooms.

  2. 10 yr old&baby

    12&16 yr old

    17 yr old boy

    18 yr old girl...

    Orrrr

10&12 year old, they will just have to deal w/ not getting along.

    Baby- own room

17 yr old boy- own room

    16&18 year old girls {the 18 yr old might be moving out soon, going to college...}

  3. I would put:

    Baby - Room 1

    10 & 12 - Room 2

    16 $ 18 - Room 3

    17 - Room 4

    OR

    ask them what they want

  4. i would do 10 and 12 and 16 and 18 and as you said the boy in his own room i know you said the 10 ans 12 do not get along but with the huge age difference it is kind of unfair to stick the 10 yo with anyone else you could try cutting the room in half i had to share a room with my sister and we went through a stage where we did not get along my mom put tape on the floor cutting the room in half and we were not allowed to go to each others half unless we had permission she also cut the closet in half which was on my sisters side i just could not lallygag over there to the closet then to my side..it worked really well

    good luck

  5. the 18-year-old and 16-year old and they boy should have their own rooms. The 10- and 12-year-olds should just learn to share - my sister and I used to fight like cats and dogs, but we had no choice other than to share a room, and we survived just fine. Besides, when the day comes that the younger two are going off to college, having already learned to share a room with someone they might not get along with too well will be a great skill to have! Plus, if the 18-year-old is going off to college soon, you can promise the younger two that the arrangement will only last until she moves out.

  6. Put the 10 and 12 year old together, and let everyone else have their own rooms. They'll have to learn to get along.

  7. Its only fair that the 10 & 12 year old share a room.  Put the baby in your room with you.  Then the three oldest can have there own rooms.
