Question:

5 Mile running?

I run a totaly of 5 Mile's a day.

I run at 6AM,It ir 5:49AM here and about to go run.

Now before i go run i eat a nice breastfeast,But sometimes after running i am really really hungrey,But sometimes i am not.

So what can i eat before i go run?

Wene i go run i always bring 2 bottles of water.

  1. Don't eat too much before you run.  I like to eat a Cliff Bar or a Power Bar, then about 30-60 minutes after you run, eat like normal.


  2. Something that gives you alot of energy like Chocolate or a banana.

  3. from everything that i have read, you should only eat fruits in the morning.

  4. something good to eat before you go run, would be a bagel, bread, fruit, cereal (depending on how much sugar the cereal has) and granola bars arent bad. If you want something to drink, make sure you drink water... if you drink orange juice or any fruity drink, you'll cramp up when your running... its good to drink a bottle of water an hour to a half hour before running
