I run a totaly of 5 Mile's a day.I run at 6AM,It ir 5:49AM here and about to go run.Now before i go run i eat a nice breastfeast,But sometimes after running i am really really hungrey,But sometimes i am not.So what can i eat before i go run?Wene i go run i always bring 2 bottles of water.Thank's for any info folk's.Dave
