  1. you can't DO anything. Global warming is NOT a result of

something WE are doing. Contrary to Al Gore's Propaganda.

  2. Global Warming is a scam but even so, since it is a school project it has to be done ya know.

:alternate fuel sources, solar energy, riding your bike, public transportation, holding a recycle-thon, and just stuff to encourage lots of other people because there is power in numbers

  3. live natural , grow your own food, stop contributing to industrial plants that make food" fake food" or processed foods, dig a well , and get your own water supply. if you are fortunate to not be disabled walk , we have feet for a reason .

buying all these go green products is adding to waste , don't waste your money cause someone else is proffiting off of it , and it won't be you . give to the earth , what you take from it .

  4. 1-buy a hybrid car

2-recycle anything u can(or whts available to recycle)

3-if u leave ur cellphone charger in the electrical socket when ur phones not attached, stop. the charger doesnt have a on-off switch, so ur just wastin energy. unplug it when its not in use.

4-walk to places that r close to ur home

5-turn off lights when ur not in the room

    i hope i helped!! :)

  5. The only thing you could is to lower the heat output of the sun.  Global warming as we know is man made only in theory to tax you.  Read this article from Time Magazine in 1974 where they predict an Ice Age.  In fact another article predicted by 2006 an Ice Age.  Isnt it odd in this article the same type of gloom and doom talk.

  6. Holy c**p, people who actually know the truth and aren't afraid to say it.  Don't get me wrong I care about the environment but these people are right, we can all stop driving cars and using electricity and the earth is still going to heat up... sorry if that upsets you but its life.

I for one would love for you to write a report that says you are going to stop sun spots, move the earth further away from the sun, stop all valcanos from spewing into the atmosphere, etc.  However I tend to believe that your teacher is probably not smart enough to understand how the earth and plants go through natural life cycles regardless of mans intervention...  In other words just say you are going to plant a tree, not sure if not drinking bottled water really makes a difference (you could say you are going to stop drinking and eating anything that is delievered to the grocery store).

  7. FIGHT THE BIGGIST INDUSTRUAL CONTRIBUTORS  YOU SEE WE ARE MADE TO THINK BUYING ENVIOREMENTALY FRIENDLY THING HELPS IT DOESNT IT JUST INCREASES THE COMPANYS PROFITS BECAUSE THEY CHARGE US MORE TO SAVE THE EARTH

START USING SOLAR PANALR AND DEEP GROUND HEATERS BURN WOOD NOT COAL AS ITS BY PRODUCTS ARE MORE EASILY ASSORBED BACK IN TO THE ATMOSPHERE STOP FLYING STOP DRIVING A CAR OR ACCEPT THAT THE EARTH IS GIONG THROUGH A ANTRUAL CYCLE

    RECICLE RAINWATER

  8. Here is a good one: Don't use your computer. It uses electricity and to make electricity, the electric companies burn coal or oil.

My favorite is: B**ch slap it in the face.

  9. the warming  earth is experiencing is due to sunspots, which have been more active in recent years, but we are now approaching the maunder minimum again, which was the cause of a mini Ice Age around 1650-1720, which is why the 0.6 degree rise in the average temperature over the past 100 years was wiped out this year by a full one degree drop in global temperature. there are buoys floating at sea that environmentalists sent out to get data to prove their theory on warming, but all data received from them so far supports cooling, not warming, so they have tried to bury the stories about the buoys data.

there is nothing that we can do that is going to help more than throwing an extra ice cube in the river to go over Niagara Falls .  tell your teacher that what you want to do to help is to educate the uninformed.

  10. volunteering to pick up trash, recycle cans, bottles, paper just about everything. Get a group of people together to make your own team to help fight against global warming.

  11. eat less meat

turn off lights when your not in the room

unplug unused electronics (computers, television, dvd players)

drive less or not at all

    reduce/reuse/recycle

  12. create a device that opens the atmosphere to release  harmful UV rays back into space so that our major ice caps will refreeze and save our water, animals, and ourselves.  !!?!?!?

    Spencer.t

  13. clean up the beach,

    start a petition,

use windows messenger and put *help after ur name.

    stop littering.

tell people that it is a big problem and how it will affect the world.

    eat lots of pie (kidding)

  14. First you have to make the connection that anything you are doing contributes to global warming.

  15. 1)  Move the Earth farther away from the sun (as the sun is the main contributor to the warming and cooling periods of all planets)

    2) Have Al Gore cull his large heard of cattle, which f**t methane gas, which Gore theorizes leads to Global Warming.

    3) Give your hard-earned money to companies shilling phony "carbon credits" to make you feel better.

    4)  Vote Obama -- he's going to fix everything, sorta like Jesus with a tan.  And he may appoint Gore on his cabinet, who will grow back his beard and fix everything too. Like a pasty white, fat Jesus.

    5) You can also have your teacher close her piehole which seems to be spewing a bunch of hot air.

    BONUS:

*** Great One J S, yes, let's fight global warming by setting up a BLOG!!!  There aren't nearly enough of those right now that include global warming 'research', 'news' stories, links to elected officials and 'unbiased' organizations like the Sierra Club !!  Hooray, were saved!!! ***

  16. Since people your age will have to live for a long time with the results of whatever adults do now, you can:

    1) Organize a boycott of Exxon and Mobil stations, because their product is causing 30% of the damage, and they're doing nothing to help.  In fact, they're intentionally making the damage worse.  ExxonMobil is funding efforts to confuse the public and delay action, just like tobacco companies did in the past.  Send everyone at school home with a flyer (get a local copy shop to donate the copies) urging their parents to boycott Exxon and Mobil stations.

    2) Picket your local ExxonMobil stations, and invite local TV, radio stations and newspapers to cover the story, so other people in your area can learn that ExxonMobil is trying to harm them.

    3) Create a Blog and post links to news articles on global warming research and news stories.  Include a links to places where people can contact their elected officils on specific issues, such as this one by the Sierra Club that helps people send a message about an energy bill:

    http://action.sierraclub.org/site/VoteCe...

    4) In your flyer to parents, direct them to your Blog and encourage them to write their elected representatives to ask for immediate action.  Encourage them to also contact their candidates this November to ensure that the ones they vote for have a firm plan for carbon reduction.  Urge them to vote out of office everyone who did not take action already, regardless of their excuses or new promises (they have proven that they cannot be trusted to look out for our interests).

    5) Make a YouTube video explaining to other people your age what's going on.  Encourage them to watch An Inconvenient Truth.  Encourage them to go to your Web site and have their parents contact their elected officials.  Explain to them how you organized the local boycott of ExxonMobil stations, picketed the stations, and invited reporters to cover the event, and encourage them to do the same.  Include a link to your YouTube video on your Blog, on your flyer to parents, and on your invitation to the press.
