It depends on the fish you are getting and how many fish those kind of fish can take, in a different gallon tank.

Petsmart has labels for each type of fish on how many gallons per fish sort of thing, and im pretty sure Pet co will too, so its best if you go to a store that tells you how many gallons tank this fish needs (that goes for all the different types of fish ur gonna get) and see the fish you want. If you want your fish happy, buy most of your fish that prefer the tank you want.
