5 hour energy shot/drink yesterday, hungover today?

Early yesterday afternoon I took this stuff, just one 2oz bottle. It worked great, no high heartbeat, no shortness of breath or anything. I drank it because I had plans of moving furniture around the apartment which I did. I woke up this morning and I feel hungover or something. I'm nauseous, my head hurts and my throat is sore and kind of closed. What the h**l gives?

Ya alot of those energy drinks have after effects. If it isn't the imidiat result of rate rate and hyperactivity, then the effects will usually come later.

They are just not natural, all that cafine and sugar isn't good for ya. I avoid them.
