  4. Probably not this is one of the best mexican fighting era's and this is coming after the retirement of some of the all time mexican greats like eric morales and marco antonio barrera.  Now i think that marquez who in two fights with pacqiao couldve won both fights if he had stayed on his feet, and he beat barrera and he will challenge for the undisputed lightweight champ nate cambell he is a very accomplished fighter.

Israel Vazquez is most known for his trilogy with fellow mexican rafael marquez in three fights they supplied them with power, speed, determination, and tons of heart, and they are great mexican champions.

Cristian mijjares hasnt lost a fight since 2002 and is the least i know but he is the undisputed flyweight champ

My favorite mexican fighter is the tijuana tornado he is a brawler, with a unbelievable chin and fights with a determination like no other.  In my mind he is the best fighter at welterweight and i would love to see him in a rematch with paul williams and joshua clottey to prove all those antics wrong and get the recognition he desereves.

Yes i think this is the best mexican era in boxing in reference to p4p list.

  5. I don't recall seeing that many Mexican fighters in the top ten... at least according to that list. What source provided that list? Just going off that list though, I'm surprised that Juan Manuel Marquez is rated that high and I'm surprised that Rafael Marquez cracks the top ten. I was thinking the younger Marquez would be somewhere between 11-15.
