is this a good schedule for a 5 min mile? each lap is about 1200m in my neighborhood. if theres anything else i could do to help me, that would be cool.Monday-Morning-4 laps. Stretch. Strides.Afternoon.5 minle(gym). If not, 7 laps. Strectch strides.Tuesday-Morning-3 lapsAfternoon- warm up 2 laps. 100m(2) 200m(4) 400m(2) 800m(1) (all at race pace) then 100 m(2) 200m(1) 400m(1) sprint. Warm down 2 laps.Wednesday- Morning- 3 laps.Afternoon. 2 laps warm up. 400m(10) at race pace with 60 seconds intervals. . warm down 2 laps.Thursday- morning 4 laps.Afternoon-warm up 2 laps. 3 laps first lap fast last lap fast. Warm down 2 laps. Then In garage. Do jump ropes. Stretch and other exercizes in garage.Friday- repeat wednesdayexercize.Saturday- repeat Thursdays exercise.Sunday- rest day.
