5 month old cat, l*****g herself like crazy. What could be the problem?

She is sitting on the couch l*****g herself non-stop. Could it be something wrong? Thank You.

if its a girl could be good higeen* or it might be flees or even worms but not to worry its very comon just take her to the vet and they will tell you forsure.

She could have a skin condition, animals are prone to excessive l*****g when they're suffering from a skin condition. If it continues to the point of her creating bald patches I'd take her to the vet.

On the other hand, if she doesn't it may not be anything serious. It could just be fleas, give her advantage or something similar to help with the fleas and see if that solves the problem.
