5 small healthy meals.?

can you please give me some examples of 5 small healthy meals.

i have to eat around 2,000 calories a day according to my doctor because i have to be sure to eat enough, so if possible could you keep it around there?

breakfast ideas? (healthy but yummy. also some quick on the go options aswell. up to 300 cals)

mid morning snack ideas? (healthy but yummy for kids. up to 200 cals)

lunch ideas? (healthy & including a snack of some sort up to 600 cals)

afternoon snack ideas? (healthy but maybe something sweet for a little splurge ;) up to 300 calories)

for dinner i eat what my mom makes. thanks(=

  1. Breakfast:  Yogurt and fruit;  cheese and fruit;  hard-boiled egg & toast

    Snack:  dry-roasted nuts & dried fruit (take baggies with you);  cheese & fruit;  fresh veggies & dip

    Lunch:  Lean meat sandwich on whole-grain bread (lettuce, tomato); or cheese or tuna sandwich;  large salad with grilled fish or chicken

    Snack:  yogurt or frozen yogurt with fruit;  veggies & dip;  quesadilla;  fresh veggies

    Dinner.....


  2. BREAKFAST - banana, 1/2 C granola with low fat milk or a granola bar

    MID MORNING SNACK - cherries, grapes or sliced apples, rice cracker ,  with a slice of cheese

    LUNCH - sandwich -use whole wheat pita bread , turkey or chicken (not deli), tomato,  lettuce, lite mayo, mustard

    AFTERNOON SNACK - yogurt, jello, fruit cocktail

    DINNER - enjoy what your mom makes!
