can you please give me some examples of 5 small healthy meals.i have to eat around 2,000 calories a day according to my doctor because i have to be sure to eat enough, so if possible could you keep it around there?breakfast ideas? (healthy but yummy. also some quick on the go options aswell. up to 300 cals)mid morning snack ideas? (healthy but yummy for kids. up to 200 cals)lunch ideas? (healthy & including a snack of some sort up to 600 cals)afternoon snack ideas?
