We are MBA students from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) currently conducting our research paper on Tourist Satisfaction in 5 star hotel in Kota Kinabalu (KK) and Customer selection of 5star hotels in KK... If u ever stayed in any 5-star hotels in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. please help us by filling out the questionnaires below:
