  1. Check out Eat this...not that.  I have it but I let a friend borrow it.  Any who lots of great info on dining out.

  3. Order the Supersize fries and share them with a couple of friends.

    Order the kids Happy meal with apple slices and milk.

    Forget about the salads because some of them have as much calories as a Big Mac.  Order the cheesburger instead.
