  1. Yes, it's normal. Some women bleed (a little) a throughout their pregnancy! If it gets heavy, then go to the hospital ASAP.

  2. I had dark brown spotting in the beginning with both of my pregnancies.  That is very normal, it is called implantation bleeding.  I had if for abour 3 or 4 days.  My doctor assured me that everything was okay and it was.  Brown blood is old blood so that is good, as long as it is not red blood accompanied by heavy cramping.

  3. I had my first son and 12-13 weeks later got pregnant and started bleeding and ended up miscarrying at 8 weeks.  Definitely call your doctor NOW!

  4. Wow pregnant again so quick?? Congrats, it will be hard work!! But maybe your body is adjusting again for another pregnancy--I was 5 weeks pregnant and they saw no sac at that time either. Good luck to you!!

  5. Yeah I had this and come to find out I was having a miscarriage but without the pain. Sorry about the bad information but I hope everything is ok for you and your baby.

  6. I saw a sac and yolk about 5 weeks pregnant- but before the ultrasound the doctor told me not too worry if we couldn't see anything yet because it was so early. A few days after that I had a very small amount of brown blood, my next ultrasound showed it was just from a hemorrhage above my gestational sac which he said is normal and nothing to be concerned with. I have heard that a small amount of brown blood is usually nothing terrible- bright red blood is when you should be very concerned. Good luck and congrats!

  7. I'm also 5 weeks pregnant.I had blood during intercourse last week and I went to my doctors and she gave me an ultrasound to make sure everything would be ok. Today I had my ultrasound and they really couldn't find anything. So now I have to go back next tuesday for another ultrasound. They couldn't find any heart beat or anything. So I would just go to the doctors and maybe they can give you an ultrasound. Or even get blood work done and they can detect if you are miscarrying or not by your blood levels. My first blood test was at 800 and then 2 days later it shot up to 1900. So they said that is a good sign of the baby still developing. Also bleeding in early pregnancy is completly normal. Good luck hun!
