never had a problemwith the teacher or students. he loved to play with kids at school and by our house and anywhere we went. now since he has started preschool at this school, he says his teacher is mean to him and that she says he bad and that the kids laughed at him when she said that he is sad now and he use to be so happy. he peed o a kid at school and thats not like him. he just not him since he has been there. I have talked to the teacher three times and she is nice to me and nice to him for a couple of day then everything is back the same. she has him in the back of the class by his self she puts him under her desk for nap time she says she rub his back with he foot to get him calm. I just want him out of there so i can get my son back

  1. If talking with her hasn't helped it is time to move up the chain of command. Make an appointment to talk to the Principal. It sounds like the teacher has issues with your son for personal reasons of her own but there is no excuse for her calling him bad in front of the others. Insist that he be moved to another class.

  2. Go to the principal. You can also sit in class and observe a couple different days.

You can also talk to the superintendant of schools if the principal doesn't help you.

Also, you can pull your child out and put him/her in a private kindergarden.

  3. Putting him UNDER her desk at naptime so she can rub him with her FOOT? What's wrong with that teacher!!!!!!!!!! Time for you to sit ON her desk and if that don't help go to her boss!!! Check Kindergarten requirements in your state. In many states children technicially do not have to start school until 1st grade! So if the problem doesn't get resolved (at the minimum they should offer to switch him to a different class!) and you can, keep him home and homeschool him.

  4. Have you talked with the school administrator?  If that doesn't work, I would move him to anoher school.  Wouldn't want him to not to like school efore he starts.

  5. talk to him alot. help him pernounce things that he cant by saying it over and over again.
