  1. Honestly, he probably doesn't like her. That's all the reason a 5 year old needs.

Have you asked him yourself? Explain to him that if he wants to move to the next grade, he has to show that he knows the things they are doing in his class.

  2. WELL I KNOW THIS IS WEIRED BUT I REMEMBER MYSELF DOING THAT....... ILL DO EVERYTHING AT HOME . FOR EXAMPLE THE TEACHER WILL SAY YOU NEED TO COUNT T O AT LEAST 20 BUT COUNT AS FAR AS YOU CAN AND I KNEW TO COUNT TO 100 BUT I GOT LOW GRADES BUCAUSE I WAS HOLDING OFF. BASICLY IM SAYING HE NEEDS SOME ONE TO GIVE HIM HIGHER GOALS..... TRUST ME I UNDERSTAND MY MOM USED TO BE PISSED TOO..... NOW IM ON THE DEAN'S LIST (STRAIGHT A'S)

  3. He probably hates his teacher. Ask your son about why he's doing that to his teacher, and then talk to the teacher.

  4. I have two children now aged 26 and 25, BUT when they were 5 and 6 we moved to a new area and my daughter (the eldest) pretended that she was stupid and knew nothing even though she was very bright!  They even kept her back a year as she pretended she was stupid!

Eventually she did show her potential and was moved to the correct year, but as to why she did this I don't know, perhaps she wanted top be kept back a year and stay with her brother.

I am sure she will eventually show her potential and be correctly graded.  Kids eh!
