The article above discuss the 50/50 chance of the north pole completely melting this yr?

that's 10 feet of water if that happens automatically. artic fluctuates but never in history has it melted.

Will more then half of Florida be covered in water in 30 yrs or less, Imagine all those people, where would they go, and how much money would the government lose in property? and on top of that how much money will they lose to relocating the people....Imagine the taxes nation wide to rebuild or relocate people. now with the economy the way it is...do u Think it will send America further into dept? will they do a rebuild period or build a wall around certain parts of Florida?

it will cause a great depression with the relocation, so many American business will go under for FL and some National because INSURANCE company's wont have enough money to help.

fl under 20 ft of water.

  1. I finally see why gw deniers deny so much.   NO one with any credibility thinks the Antarctic is going to melt this year, only the arctic.   And that wouldn't cause much of a sea level rise because most of the ice is floating (except Greenland, parts of Canada, Iceland, Norway, Finland and Russia).    Please don't try to educate people when you have such little to offer educationwise.

  2. Hah, okay. Phone me when that happens. 'Cause the day Liberal propaganda comes true is the day Mussolini marches up from his grave.

  3. The first link is interesting, but inconclusive. The second link doesn't work.

All the rich people in the Keys would lose their homes, and the Government would use more taxes to re-house them. The beach would move inland, and there would be some fairly happy poor folks who now own ocean front property. Most would sell it to the homeless rich folks, and move farther inland. The smart ones will stay. Many people will live on boats also.

  4. If the North Pole melts, the sea level will NOT increase. Do a test yourself with a glass of water and ice cubes. Fill the glass with ice cubes and fill to a quarter of an inch below the lip with water. Wait for the ice to melt, and the water will still be a quarter of an inch below the lip. There is no land under the North Pole, only floating ice. Please read more than one article and read opposing views and make make up your own mind.

  5. More leftist rhetoric, out of Colorado.  And promoted by the CBC, the most liberal/leftist broadcaster in Canada.  I read the article, and had trouble keeping up with the 'gueses' and 'could be's ' in it.

If this is science it's patheticly corrupt science, just more leftist junk-scientists crying out...likely for more cash funding.

They'll do anything for attention won't they?
