  1. Full HD of course.  Why waste your money on a HD ready tv, then there will more equipment to buy like and HD receiver, etc.  Where as Full HD usually is ready to go, and will typically pick up HD right from an antenna.  You can always check out this place, digitaldealz.net, its where I bought my Samsung 52" HDTV LCD, awesome TV, no tax, free shipping and quick delivery.

  2. if it was a money issue than the 100hz HD ready LCD is better. Because a full HD TV will cost more am I correct?

And if you were to get a 32" tV full HD is not necessary becuase of it's small size 720p would look great on a 32" tv

  3. Correction.  There are 60Hz and 120 Hz TV's, then there is 720p and 1080p (full HD).

As far as the question is related, don't waste your money going with a full HD TV.  The difference between a 720p and 1080p TV at 32 inches is very minimal to the human eye.  If you're talking a larger size, 40" plus, then absolutely.  But from someone who sells TV's and owns a 32 inch Samsung, don't waste your money.

The 60Hz vs 120Hz is in the same situation as the 1080p etc.

In other words, looks for a TV at 60Hz (vast majority will be anyways), and one at 720p (also a vast majority).
