50cc Scooter Upgrade?

Question

I'm about to purchase a Honda Ruckus 2009, with a 49cc engine, which has a top speed of around 40mph.

If I wanted to increase the top speed to something closer to 80mph, what would I have to do, and how much would it cost?

what would the displacement be? 250cc?

Honda Ruckus are junk, you should look at other scooters than honda. I have a benzhou saga scooter I get to the max speed of 65klm hr sometimes i can get 70., and thats a 49cc.
plus my bike has more accesorys , alarm, remote start , tons of storage. the ruckus dont have.
